The hygiene could have been better as there were some issues with small worms in the shower. the hotel staff wasn't always friendly and the room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row despite indicating a need.

The language barrier with the staff can sometimes be an issue.

Located in a strategic spot close to the city center and easy to get transportation. the hotel room is neat and clean , including the bathroom and toilet. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and good towels. the hotel rooftop offers a mesmerizing view of Malang city and a wonderful place to relax with modern seats, a nice pool and stunning views. They offer a BBQ party on the rooftop, yet they also have a spare parking lot in the back of the building.

The parking lot is too small, making it hard to find an empty lot to park, especially if you bring a rented or personal car. Breakfast is a bit lackluster, with limited options and needs improvement.
